Due to its success, "Slam" became the first Pendulum song to have a music video, as well as their only song from Hold Your Colour and made while signed with Breakbeat Kaos with a music video. Under the production of Creative Wrkz and co-directed by Teebone and Adam Brown, it was released in and last a total length of four minutes and nineteen seconds The video uses the "Prelude" track from Hold Your Colour as an intro.
The video is about a man John Dough played by actor Paul Nicholls wearing a suit and holding a duffel bag as seen in the CD single cover who, after taking out a copy of Hold Your Colour and putting a CD of "Slam" into his portable stereo, is seen dancing in public in and around the Soho area of London with his suit off and his tie wrapped around his head.
The song is used in many sport montages one of which being the end of season review by the BBC for the —11 Formula One season. These are the major formats and associated track listings of single releases of "Witchcraft", written and produced by Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen. The single however, fell out of the top on its second week in the chart. The single then climbed back into the top at number 67 on 18 July. Upon physical release, the single climbed 38 places to a current peak of number 29, marking the band's third most successful single alongside " Granite " and fifth top 40 single in the UK.
To help promote the single, Pendulum created a "Witchcraft Experiment" Facebook application. When used, the viewer is taken into an impression of their profiles, with people on their friends list typing various lyrics out while the song played in the background.

Reyce 7 weeks ago. If you know your drum'n'bass bands then you'll know Pendulum. If you're new to drum'n'bass then you can't go wrong in listening to this album as your introduction. I really hadn't got into this genre up until a couple of years ago but now clas myself as a huge fan of this brilliant Australian band.
